Wonka - The Musical is based on British author Roald Dahl’s popular children’s book ‘Charlie & the Chocolate Factory’. Dahl sold more than 20 million copies worldwide. Dahl’s book was later adapted into two feature films, ‘Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory’ (1971) and ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ (2005).
